Anthony Charos graduated from the State University of Brockport in 1987 with a degree in Finance and Economics. Antnhony was a member of the investment banking team at C.E.Unterberg, Tobin LLC and currently serves as a board member of two public companies. Anthony Charos has an extensive background in both residential and commercial Real Estate development and currently holds a New Jersey State Real Estate license. He and his family are currently co-developing four acre’s of prime commercial property in Southampton New York where he grew up learning the diner, restaurant business and residential development under the supervision of his father. Anthony Charos has an extensive contracting background and hands on experience in all facets of the building trades through his development efforts over the years. Steven Dublirer, while working on his business degree in 1984, decided to take another path by going into business for himself. At the age of twenty Steven started a company that sold supplies and equipment to the Foodservice industry. Twenty three years later Bar-Plex is one of the Tri State areas leading companies in Foodservice design and equipment sales. In 1995 Barplex joined forces with a buying co-op consisting of 110 distributors of equipment which has allowed the company to grow and remain competitive during the many transitions and challenges that the industry has faced. Over the past 5 years Steven Dublirer has turned the daily operation of BarPlex over to his management team which has allowed him to focus on his and Anthony Charos new business of restaurant construction. Steven Dublirers contacts and experience in the restaurant industry have allowed the new company some great opportunities. One of these opportunities was the construction of a 3 million dollar steak house in NYC. Steven Dublirer is one of the founding members of the Brooklyn Restaurant Association and currently is a board member of the New York State Restaurant Association. |
